DCRC Adult Recreation - Ages 19+

Adult recreation is the perfect program for those who have participated in the Community Corporate Rowing Challenge, or are graduates of the Learn to Row program. Emphasis will be placed on fitness and skill improvement.Prerequisite: You must complete the equivalent of the Learn to Row program or Community Corporate Rowing Challenge to participate in this program.

Open Rowing - Starting June 18, 2012

Come down Monday through Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 for a supervised row in Deep Cove. We also offer two morning sessions Friday and Sunday from 9:30 until 11:00. Coaches will be available to help make boats. However, members are free to make their own crews. Boat allocation will be on a first come, first served basis. Members must be cleared by a DCRC coach prior to using equipment.

Although the program is called Summer Rec, it actually runs into the Fall Season. While the evening rows wrap up in early October due to the lack of available light, the morning rows will continue into the beginning of November.
