Fall High School Rowing Program 13-18 yrs

Each school generally has two practices during the week, morning or afternoon, with one additional practice on either Saturday or Sunday morning. This allows for development of technique during the week and a longer fitness based workout on the weekend. Participants will have the opportunity to race in at least one regatta. If your school does not have a rowing program, you can register under the North Shore High school program.
