Each school generally has two practices during the week. These are held at the boathouse after school. There will be one additional practice Saturday morning. This allows for development of technique during the week and a longer fitness based workout on the weekend. Participants will have the opportunity to race in at least one regatta. If your school does not have a rowing program, you can register under the North Shore High school program. The following North Vancouver high schools are represented at Deep Cove:
