Regattas - North Vancouver High School Championship

Held in late October at Panorama Park, this regatta is the culmination of the Fall High School Season. Athletes race over a 850m course and are guaranteed at least two races. Events are run in such a way that crews usually race one or two other boats. Every effort is made to ensure crews race boats of similar speed. Each crew is timed so that boats are racing each other as well as the clock. The two fastest boats (based off of time) from each category race head-to-head at the end of the day, with the winner being crowned North Vancouver Champion.

• Be at site NO LATER than 90 minutes prior to posted start time to check-in with your team captain.
• Those who miss their start may not be able to race later in the day due to a tight schedule.
• Following regatta, all are invited to the post-regatta awards banquet.
• Athletes who are finished racing for the day MUST ask permission from Head Coach before leaving.
