Fall Season. Each school generally has two practices during the week, morning or afternoon, with one additional practice on Saturday morning. This allows for development of technique during the week and a longer fitness based workout on the weekend.Click here for more information.
Winter Season. Workouts are split between dry-land and on water. Dry-land groups meet at Parkgate Rec Centre and the boathouse. Saturday mornings, weather permitting, will be on the water. Training groups are based on age. Click here for more information.
Spring Season. The Spring Rowing Season is the major competitive season. All athletes train and race as part of the Deep Cove Rowing Club Junior Program.Selection of crews is based on in-boat performance, ergometer testing, seat racing, technical proficiency, crew compatibility, coach-ability and attendance. Summer Season. All athletes train and race as part of the Deep Cove Rowing Club Junior Program. The training schedules will be determined during the sessions held the first week of practice.Click here for more information.
Starting with the Fall Season, the annual membership covers the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons.

High School pre-season rowing camp - 10 hours of instruction in one week, for new and experienced rowers. Row with your school or if your school does not have a team you can row with the North Shore team.
