Competitive. Competitive athletes train mornings through the week and Saturdays. Coached on water sessions are held through the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Click here for more information.
Recreational. Recreational rowers are offered coached sessions Monday through Friday evenings. Recreational athletes have the same access to equipemt as competitive members and are also encouaged to take part in the Deep Cove Classic. Click here for more information.
Punch Card. Punch cards are only available to DCRC paid members. The punch cards are good for 20 visits. These cards can only be used during the evening drop in sessions. Click here for more info.
Senior B. This program is for those between the ages of 19 and 23 who wish to be competitive rowers. There are two dedicated training sessions in the summer. Click here for more information.
Fall Season. Competitive members have two sessions during the week and one Saturday morning. Rec rowers are offered practice times weekday evenings up until the Thanksgiving weekend.
Spring Season. The Spring Rowing Season is the major competitive season. All athletes train and race as part of the Deep Cove Rowing Club Junior Program.Selection of crews is based on in-boat performance, ergometer testing, seat racing, technical proficiency, crew compatibility, coach-ability and attendance. Starting with the Fall Season, the annual membership covers the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons.
