• Category placement will be based on current grade:
• Junior A - Grades 11 & 12
• Junior B - Grades 9 & 10
• Junior C - Grade 8
• Note that Saturdays are considered 'boathouse days". Dependant on the weather, we may be on the water. However, ensure to bring indoor and outdoor training gear.
• Focus on improving overall fitness.
• Keep log for erg workout results
